Return Policy

At Syaar™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact.

  • Returns are subject to a quality inspection once the product is received.

  • Products that do not meet return conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect-related return requests.

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The complete unboxing process

  • The damage or defect on the product

⚠️ Claims for damage, defects, or missing items without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will be guided through the return process.

  • Returned products will undergo a quality check before final approval.

  • Returns that fail inspection will be rejected.
